Once connected for all transactions made through Allpay, receipts will be created and sent to customers automatically.
Connecting <span class="u-richtext-counter">1</span> Sign up to EasyCount . You will be required to complete a short form in Hebrew.
At the last step of registration, the system will ask you to specify the receipt number from which to start numbering. If you have previously issued cabalot (for osek patur) or hashbonite mas/kabala (for osek murshe) to another electronic receipt service, and the last receipt number was, for example, 20, then you should enter 21 in the appropriate field.
If you want to use two e-receipt services or use EasyCount+ paper receipts, choose the numbering so that it does not overlap. For example, start easyCount numbering with #20001.
<span class="u-richtext-counter">2</span> You must choose a plan. To do this, click on the profile icon on the right panel, then go to the account tab at the top. Select a plan starting from the second one on the right, which supports API (API), enter your card details and make a payment.
If you registered using the link above, the first month will be free. <span class="u-richtext-counter">3</span> You must copy the EasyCount API key and register it in Allpay. To do this, open the settings in the menu on the right, go to the API tab and find the “API Games” section on the page that opens. <span class="u-richtext-elemet">Copy the API key and paste it into Allpay <span class="u-richtext-elemet">Settings</span> ➙ EasyCount Receipts.</span>
An API is a way for programs to exchange data with each other. This is how Allpay will transfer payment information, and EasyCount will create a receipt. Don't make the mistake of copying the API key! You need exactly the one that is in the “API Technology” section.
<span class="u-richtext-counter">4</span> Change the status to Activated and save.
<span class="u-richtext-counter">5</span> Make sure that the <span class="u-richtext-elemet">E-mail</span> to the buyer option is activated in Allpay in the <span class="u-richtext-elemet">Settings</span> ➙ <span class="u-richtext-elemet">Notifications</span> section. Then the customer will receive a receipt by email after payment.

Generate receipts for payments that have already been made If payments were accepted before the EasyCount integration was made, you can create receipts for them by clicking on the “Create a receipt” button:
